Web search for this problem hasn't turned up anything beyond what you guys have already suggested. I'm hoping maybe there is something else I can try, but I don't know where to start. Multi-finger gestures and other configurations can be managed in this.

If it has been installed, updating (overwrite-installing) may fix problems, add new functions, or expand existing ones.
